Quarterback Club

The purpose of the T.R. Miller Quarterback Club is to support athletics at T.R. Miller High School. The Club has been able to accomplish this only through the community's generous support of fundraising projects: Baseball Concession Stand, Spring Carnival, Summer Basketball Tournament, QBC Memberships, Football Program, Merchandise Sales and $10,000 Give-A-Way. Monies from these projects have enabled the club to purchase or assist in purchasing the items listed below. The club meets Tuesdays at 6:00 PM during football season and monthly the rest of the year. Officers for this year are President Keith Horton, Vice President Reese Robinson, Secretary Rebecca Jernigan and Treasurer Vance Kilgore.
The club is famous for its outstanding game program which includes hundreds of photos and ads from Tiger supporters wishing the team luck in the upcoming season.
The T.R. Miller Quarterback Club would like to thank Fotostop and 109 Productions for the hard work that went in to providing the fans of T.R. Miller with such an outstanding product. We encourage all fans and business owners to support the Tigers and get your posters while they last. Promoting an upcoming football season can be a very daunting task, and Coach Riggs began thinking of creative ways to peek interest in the 2010 season. Taking a cue from some of the college teams, he decided upon a customized football poster with the Miller schedule on it. Coach Riggs knew this would be a challenging task to accomplish but with the right people he thought it was possible. Immediately he called up the head creative designer at 109 Productions LLC, Mikel Riggs, to see if he was up for the challenge. Mikel called on Sarah Hines of Fotostop to get on board with the project. They organized a photo shoot and on June 21st the two brought the Miller seniors in to pose for the shots. 109 Productions spent the next couple of days piecing all the pictures together to create a truly unique work of digital art. "I never dreamed that a simple idea would turn into something this remarkable. Once again Mikel and 109 Productions have amazed us with their work." said Coach Riggs. The price as well as a promotional video will be released later this week on millerfootball.com. The posters are expected to be for sale on Monday July 5th from the T.R. Miller Quarterback Club.
